On June 29, 2023, the U.S. Supreme Court decided Students for Fair Admissions Inc. v. President & Fellows of Harvard College and Students for Fair Admissions, Inc. v. University of North Carolina, regarding the consideration of race in admissions. In both cases, the Court found in favor of Students for Fair Admissions.
