The president has charged the council to review Yale’s faculty and staff employment policies and procedures. The council will look broadly at Yale’s employment policies and procedures to ensure they continue to advance the university’s mission, support academic excellence, comply with all laws, and effectively support Yale’s faculty and staff. The council will make recommendations to the president by the end of the 2025-2026 academic year.
